Lightscale JABBER 2013
« on: January 30, 2013, 04:30:09 PM »
Here we go!!!
I just received the okay from Clark to publish the first informations of the JABBER 2013.
Yes!! it will be manufactured and distributed through Clark und the very exclusive LIGHTSCALE brand.

The bike features the same sophisticated geometry that led to the victory of so many titles and allowed
so many drivers to make the step to top level RC Bike racing. Further the chassis design features the
most advanced technology and manufacturing techniques on the planet never seen in RC in history before.
Target was to make a affordable bike that will certainly be the first bike kit that will work "out of the box".
The intention is to provide this bike with a setup and all the prerequisite, that it is a top performer once you
have tightened the last screw. Just as known from the "big" names in RC business with their competition
level cars. I personally call that "R4V" (Ready for Victory). I was just as dedicated to get this Bike ready for
market as I was to win the World Championship in 2011..... ah! I don´t think anyone is reading this anyway....
so here´s the first picture.... enjoy....

As I heard that a few Jabbers have reached the island, I will push up this thread.
On rcgroups I have put up a preliminary setup sheet for the ´13/´15 Jabber.

A very good idea,as regards to trying to reduce the cost of RC biking..posted by Clark in the Jabber user Groups on Facebook....

ok guys, your opinions helped us to make a descision. edi and i discussed many issues about the future of rc bikes. since yesterday we involved our factory team and told them about one idea and they all supported us. we will go outside with a anouncement soon and here is an exclusive view on what we will do:
the jabber/roadies factory team in stock bike and superbike will go to the euros in lostallo next week and with the start of official qualification will limit themselves to 2 pairs of tyres each driver. roadies will have a box of tyres trackside and we ask independent persons to choose the tyres for our drivers from this box. this box of tyres will be availlable for all drivers. this makes shure that no special material is used by our team and all drivers have the same chances. it is NO obligation for private drivers to buy or use tyres from this box but only an offer. there is NO rule for any handout tyre of any brand. tyres are free but our team is limited in quantity. based on our experience from the last couple of races we do not need more than 2 pairs to do a full race distance and with this special action we would like to proove this fact and guarantee for a fair race. we hope you like and support this special campaign. if it is sucsessfull we will consider to continue it on free will basis for future races as well.
