Hi All,

Not long to go until we head north for the next round so I thought I'd start the thread going.

First question - do we know the camping situation on site this year? If we can stay on site will it be open from Friday?

It seems that email address is not getting through to John. But it's ok, anyone coming Friday just turn up. I will be there from around 10.30 all day and can open the top bar for motorhomes etc.

Hi John

John has replied and Alan W's camping on Friday as well so as he's a club member he's given him the code etc to open up as well.

I hope you have laid on some sunshine for us :-)

A big thank you to everyone who made the journey to Halifax this weekend. I must admit my weather prediction was in serious disarray on Saturday, but it turned out to be perfect for when it really mattered on Sunday. Personally, as probably the only National I was going to attend this year, I enjoyed it immensely! I'd almost forgotten what a great bunch of Guys you all are. Highlight for me was Graham's little nitro, a great concept, well worked out and impressive results. I hope one day in the future we could add a stock class to nitro, up to 1.0 (I know, but I can dream ;))
Thank you Neal, Peter, Fred and all who helped in race control and to get the system running right when we had transponder issues. And of course Bev who ran the meeting, she actually said it was a pleasure! And I think she meant it.
Hopefully see you all soon..

A great weekend and good close racing in all three classes. Thanks to all those that make these events happen and I hope everyone has a good summer.

It was good to see you JV and the RG on full song at the end of the long Halifax straight was a highlight.

Hi,
Thanks to everyone involved in running the meeting, and the Halifax club for hosting us.

Well done to Peter for 2 great drives in the finals, some really good close racing with both Peter and Gary. Their bikes are looking really good...

Looking forward to Mendip for the championship decider :)
