We also had a great weekend racing with good results in the bikes and sidecar.  Winning one final each in the stock class with good close racing between me, peter, scott, and Fred . Also two good wins with the sidecar which is going really well at the moment. Nice to see four sidecars on the track with john new nitro sidecar . I would also like to thank kieth of KP Designs for giving peter a KP12 to race with. We was very happy and shocked . I am now getting the bike ready for the cotswold national which is are home track . A BIG thank you to Andy ,steve and scott for running race control .

I have just been doing the provisional Series Result.
Well done Karl you are now top of the Nitrobike Class and Neal still leads the Stock Class.

John - that's a good point re: bodywork. I'm as guilty as anyone on this. Normally my body work gets tatty and reaches a point when I think everyone else's looks better so I get a new one. However, there' been plenty worse than mine lately,so I've not had the pressure!

It does raise the point that with Dave Richards not being to attend meetings at the moment, we don't have a scrutineer. Anyone want to volunteer to do this for Cotswolds?

Great pics john,,the only problem with them is they do pick up minor flaws in your bodywork!! :) :)..........it does look just like a torso on a bike :).......

Proper bodywork for cotswolds,,promise!! ;)

Minor might be an understatement! But as already stated, I am just as guilty.
I would just like to see our section looking good, not piss poor. It would be great if someone could take some good video or more pictures of good looking bikes and flood the web to help attract more interest. A few good words and a bit of media backup  is a basic necessity to help anyone who might be interested in this class to see what goes on at a national meeting.
By the way, I understand that cash is in limited supply right now for everyone antd new bodywork aint cheap. But a bit of Blue Peter majic can work wonders on tired old bodywork, a spare head or foot is easily grafted on with shoe glue/ abs glue and a bit of car body repair fibreglass mat, to extend the shelf life of a tired old SB5/ nitro nev bit of lexan.

Graham, unfortunately I marshalled your race, I wont take pictures while marshalling.  But your Yamaha off colour scheme looked the dogs danglies!

Hi John

Yes hand up mine's dreadful, but unfortunately I broke my chassis on Saturday so had to swap bikes and only the old body set fitted, so my brand new shiney one didn't  :)  But it will all be rectified for the next meeting, ready for the usual posing on my part  ;)

Cheers Andy
