Hi Tony, was last year - Steve and I turned up early and couldn't get in the main one as it was full, so waited for the Section one to start later....

If you wont to meet at mine Tony then go on and pick up neil if he wonts to come. I live at Trowbridge, wiltshire.

So working this out, if we dont need to be there early guys let say we get there for 10am. If we leave neils at 8am ish i need to leave mine about 7am or just before, Neil needs to be back by 6.30 so we leave at 4pm no matter what the situation is we should be back with time to spare.

This is starting to look good, ideally everybody should be there, but I know how difficult it can be for family men to get the time.

The school hall is not really big enough to accomodate everyone, there are always people standing. Get there early enough and grab a seat, we usually sit together in groups, but I understand anyone not wanting to sit next to me, Sunday mornings are usually the worst time for my 'ailment'!
The main AGM can be a bit boring, but there could always be something interesting to vote on, so could be worth the hour or so it takes to go through it all.

Our section meeting is always interesting, often funny and very necessary.
I can't see us finishing late if there are not many proposals to go through in our section,  we've finished before 4pm many times.

Food-
There is a burger van outside the main doors, we get allotted a time slot over lunchtime to grab a buttie, but I've always taken sandwiches and flask to avoid the queue.

LOL "Ailment"  ;D in some countries that would pass as chemical warfare!

I know people that can clear a room, but think you nearly cleared an airfield at the weekend.

Sadly, it looks like I may have to eat at the local tandoori house the night before the agm.
I am trying to get out of it, but I give you all advance warning, just in case.

Hi all

Re Gary's comment about Southend. Having raced there a couple of times recently, the club is fantastic and maybe when / if they get the new track it would be great to hold a national, but at the moment the track is tight and would be a challenge, especially for superbikes.

However I have to say that Gary and Phil have both shown they are good at other tracks so maybe its a challenge we should go for next year. It the current tyres chassis up to a track like Southend now ?

Symon if you can make it one Sunday would be good to hear your opinion.

Would like to go to the AGM, anyone fancy car sharing from central south area get in touch
