Well I'll be there Sat/Sun for sure, might have a car to run too.

I know Colin, Steve, Chris D, Ian, Derek, Chris R, Ken from 'oop norf' were keen to come play 1/8th bikes again.
As for 'darn sarf', who knows ? Any takers?

Great weather and good grip meant todays racing was close, with new boy Alan Leighton getting amongst the superstars and mixing it up.
Colin McCabe was as usual unstopable in superbike but mixing it up with mere mortals to please the crowd.

The stock lap record didn't fall, but the race record did, Dave Richards 11/305.78 was pushed to 12/315.18 by Steve Newey despite his bike looking the slowest of the stockers. Alan Leighton took the fastest Stock lap of the day with a 24.99 and won the second leg of the finals to take overall vistory.
With FTD models tokens up for grabs the tension was tenable.
Alan walked off with his first A Final overall victory and 10 in FTD vouchers, Steve Newey 5 and Dave Richards 2 in vouchers. Despite Ken Dineens bike looking fast he couldn't seperate the top three but did put the wind up them a few times!

In Superbike, Colins previous lap record of 23.98 was pushed to 22.84 and he was running some very consistent 23.00 laps time, amazing.

Colins previous Race Record of 12/311.53 was pushed to 13/301.23 and Colin duley took both Final wins to claim overall.

Full results and pics will be up on the Bedworth club web site www.bedworthrc.com soon, and I'll post a link to 'em, along with photos when they appear.

Here is Chris Bates gallery from Sunday, enjoy!
